If our quotation is acceptable, we will make sure that the job is well managed and well executed throughout, working with your architect, and helping to sort out building control requirements as necessary. 

*in some circumstances it may be that we begin with an estimate until certain information e.g. structural structural calculations are available, but this will always be made very clear and once the information is available we are happy to provide a fixed price for the works..
