we decided to convert an old 1970's style bungalow into a five bedroomed family home with attached, self contained, granny flat. Once we had obtained planning permission and engaged an architect, we began the search for a building company to construct the project.

After meeting with several companies and basically interviewing them for compatibility we opted for Premier Build.

And what a good chaoice it turned out to be. During the entire project they were very helpful and kept us up to date on all the twists and turns, as no project ever runs as you expect it to. During the winter perior of the build we were subject to some horrible weather conditions and premier build were always available to help out with minor emergencies.

We were not the best clients as we kept inputting minor changes to the plans, a velux here and different door there. But Premier Build accomodated all these changes and took everything in thier stride.

If you are considering a similar project i would suggest that Premier Build has the team you need for the task.

We used Premier Build for a first floor extension on our property, we found them to be a very competent company and happy to give advice, they produced a very detailed quotation with a work schedule which they kept to through out the job, the quotation they supplied was very competitive and they kept to their fixed price.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Premier Build again in the future for other building works.

We had extensive building works done to the engineering factory in Stanton the works involved large areas of concrete to the yard and new offices along with disabled toilets and canteen, we did go out for several quotations and found Premier Build to be the most competitive along with the most professional quotation.

The quotation included payment schedules and a work schedule that we found very useful, so as to plan our own work around the building works and knowing when we had to make payments etc.

The quotation they gave us was a fixed price quotation that Premier Build kept to, this was useful as past builders always seemed to leave out items that they later charged extra for and this intern would affect the budget allowed for the works.

All in all we found Premier Build a good building company with friendly helpful staff; we would not hesitate using the company for future work as indeed we have, such as decoration of existing offices and a concrete base to a new paint shop building.
